“Irina , thank you for curating such a deeply moving experience at the retreat in Sedona, AZ. From the moment we arrived, the retreat house offered breathtaking views that made it feel like we had stepped into another realm—one designed for rest, reflection, and rebirth. The vegan meals, deliciously crafted by the chef, almost fooled this meat lover. Every dish was not only nourishing but felt intentionally aligned with our daily activities—thoughtful, grounding, and so satisfying.
You planned hikes and energy experiences that felt sacred—craveable, even. You created space for us to breathe, to be, to reconnect with the parts of ourselves that everyday life often silences. That in itself was a gift I didn’t know how much I needed.
And then the women—magnificent. To experience that level of interconnectedness with women from different backgrounds and cultures was truly beautiful. It speaks volumes about you—your energy, your essence, your intentionality. We were drawn to that light, and to each other, because of you.
The energy didn’t stay in Sedona—it traveled back with me and has made beautiful waves and opened up next level opportunities for me. I can’t wait to talk more 1:1. Whatever you’re doing next—count me in!”

“I packed my laptop, Kindle and phone but rarely touched my phone and didn’t use my laptop or Kindle at all…and I didn’t even miss them. Irina’s Sedona 5-day wellness retreat was the restorative rebalance that I desperately needed. I knew I desired a women’s wellness retreat and had imagined what I would get out of it and what I hoped it would be; this retreat surpassed all of my hopes. I’m not a “good flyer” and yet, I returned home refreshed, enlightened and with a new hop in my step. The three daily meals prepared by Chef Eileen were impeccable, the retreat center and the grounds were breathtaking and the perfect combination of luxury and groundedness. The company of each women that attended was truly a breath of fresh air. The yoga, wellness and meditation practices were healing, revitalizing, refreshing and fun. Irina’s teaching style and schedule throughout was both educational, easy to follow and gave me flexibility while still having structure which was the magic combination that helped my overactive mind to unwind. Irina is extremely well educated and knowledgeable, has the greatest hugs and way of showing each person that they are loved and beautiful; She has such a graceful way of directing a whole group and a magic touch when it comes to finding the best locations and catering for retreats. The Retreat was SO many things rolled into one! The accommodations were lovely and your personal touches; the fresh flowers and welcome note for each of us in the bedrooms, the set up of the FANTABULOUS circle, with offerings of chocolate, fruit, rose quartz hearts & oracle cards, beautiful singing bowls, music, meditations, the Cacao ceremony, Body Movement sessions, Drumming Circle around the fire, visit to the lake, the exploration of the senses & the delicious meals spoke not only to all five senses but to the soul as well. You took us on a journey of self discovery, in a way that can only lead to growth & self love if we apply & accept what is our birthright. On a more personal note, your soothing voice, loving embraces not only with your arms but with your open heart make me weep. “I want to thank Irina for such an amazing women’s retreat. I went into the retreat with an open mind and without expectations. I just wanted to experience things as they came, a kind of throwing caution to the wind adventure on my own. Even if I had expectiations this retreat would have far exceeded them.
