Dear ladies,
I invite you to a very special afternoon born in CoCreation bringing unique gifts and powerful healing modalities of two wonderful masters together. A deeply immersive and transformative time and a profound reset and recharge for your body and mind.
Just 25 minutes away from the hustle and bustle of Louisville, it will find place in the tranquil oasis of my beautiful studio surrounded by nature.
We will settle in with ceremonial cacao, and begin with a serene expansive guided meditation incorporating aroma therapy to quiet the mind, expand our perception and begin our immersion. We will then continue with energy cleansing and balancing practices outside on a spacious deck overlooking beautiful field and trees. You will feel grounded, refreshed and fully present in the body after this mindful meditative movement session.
We will follow with a powerful Breathwork session guided by Nicole.
Breathwork is a tool used to access the subconscious, often paired with psychotherapy and recovery. It allows you to understand your resistance and acceptance, opening the path for clear communication and living in truth.
It can be an invitation to explore what makes you you. In the days that follow the breath session, discernment comes easily - you know without a doubt what is yours and what isn't and you can create from a place of clarity and alignment.
To help integrate your experience you will then relax in comfortable zero gravity chairs while immersing into an hour-long sound bath filled with the enchanting vibrations of quartz crystal singing bowls, Tibetan singing bowls, and other instruments known for their ability to promote deep relaxation, release, recharge your spirit, and restore balance.
To conclude our time together, we will enjoy a warm, delicious herbal tea and talk about our experience.
