Morning - arrive, settle in, and connect to your heart in our magical Women´s Circle with Ceremonial Cacao. Reflect, release and move any stagnant energy through somatic movement, guided meditation and meditative dancing

Midday - delicious healthy lunch with your new wonderful women friends

Afternoon - EFT Tapping for stress release, harmonizing energy practices in nature, and then relax and integrate the day in a deeply nourishing Sound Bath

To conclude our time together, we will enjoy a delicious herbal tea and talk about our experience.
